Store Privacy Policy

This notice covers the separate Serizon Store. Contact support@serizon.net about your information. Our main Privacy Policy explains support correspondence, general privacy rights and the main website.

Visiting the Store

Vercel hosts the Store. Your browser sends the technical information needed to deliver it, including your IP address, requested address, browser information and request time. These records support delivery, security and troubleshooting. Fonts and Serizon artwork are served with the Store. Configured package artwork may load from Tebex’s image provider, which receives the ordinary connection information needed to deliver it.

Cloudflare provides the proxy and security layer for our delivery service. Requests to that service, including transaction notifications forwarded by the Store, pass through Cloudflare before reaching our server. The delivery ledger retains only the purchase and entitlement records described below.

Preview access and your cart

The private preview uses a necessary signed session cookie after a correct password is entered. It lasts one hour and is cleared when you choose Sign out. It contains no password or email address and is not an advertising cookie.

The cart saves package identifiers and quantities in session storage for your browser tab. Choosing a player also saves the Minecraft name, edition and available skin preview in that tab. It does not save card details or an email address. Close the tab or clear site data to remove this selection. No customer account is created.

Player and skin previews

When you save a player, our server looks up the name through Minecraft Services and Mojang for Java, or Geyser’s public API for Bedrock. These providers receive the requested name or player identifier and our server’s connection information. Available skins are fetched from Minecraft’s texture service through our server; your browser does not contact these providers directly. Skin results may be cached on our server for up to 15 minutes, and unsuccessful lookups for one minute. A skin preview is not proof that you own the account.

Checkout checks the selected player’s existing ranks and cosmetics so you do not pay for the same unlock twice. This uses the account lookup services above and our purchase records. It does not authenticate you as that player or expose receipts or payment details.

Checkout

Choosing Continue to Tebex checks the recipient against the public Minecraft and, where needed, Geyser account services. For a linked Bedrock account, the purchase is assigned to its linked Java identity. We send the verified recipient name, selected package identifiers and quantities, and your connection IP address to Tebex to prepare a basket. A signed order reference also identifies the recipient and selected products for delivery. Tebex handles payment, receipts and purchase records under its own notice.

Serizon does not collect your card details. The game integration uses confirmed order details to deliver purchases to the selected Minecraft account. Read Tebex’s Privacy Policy before providing payment information.

Delivering and managing purchases

Our delivery service keeps the recipient’s Minecraft identifier, product and transaction references, confirmed subscription dates and payment status, and records of delivery or reversal. These records let us deliver purchases, prevent duplicate grants, check Patron ownership and remove only the benefits attributable to a refunded payment. They do not establish that the person browsing the Store controls the selected Minecraft account.

The delivery ledger does not retain full payment notifications, card information, billing addresses, customer email addresses or connection IP addresses. It keeps the minimum purchase and entitlement links needed to provide ongoing benefits, resolve refunds and disputes, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Purchase records are not used to add you to a marketing list.

Security and retention

Temporary access-attempt and checkout counters help protect the service. Preview-attempt counters expire after ten minutes; checkout counters and duplicate-request fingerprints expire after about a minute on the application instance. They are separate from purchase records. Hosting records are retained while needed for security, troubleshooting or applicable obligations.

We do not add advertising analytics or tracking scripts to this Store. Ordinary external links, including Discord and Tebex’s policies, connect to those services when you follow them.

Your choices

You can manage cookies and stored site data in your browser. Blocking the necessary preview cookie prevents private access. Contact support@serizon.net to ask about information held about you, request a correction or deletion, or exercise other applicable rights. Do not send sensitive documents unless we have explained why they are needed.
